They focus on details and practical things. They seek freedom and are typically unemotional. ISTPs make up 6% of all 16 personality types. Of the SP types, ISTPs are the least common (along with ISFPs). ISTPs are the third most common type among Introverts. 1 in every 12 males is an ISTP (8.5% of all males). 1 in every 28 females is an ISTP (3.5% of all females).
